Q2: Payment of terms:
A: Acceptable payment of terms: T/, L/c, Cash after signing the contract, first deposit 30% of the total as prepayment, and the rest 70% after FAT but before shipment
Q3: Quality Warranty:
A: We guarantee all the machines are brand new, and we design and manufacture as per approval by the user. We guarantee every set of our machines after shipment has a guarantee period of 15 months. During the warranty period, we will provide a technician to debug onsite, or free spare parts caused by the malfunction of machines.
We guarantee we will respond to the user's bewilderment within 24 hrs after receiving notification.
Q4: Package of merchandise:
A: First pack with plastic membrane wrap on the surface of machines, externally we use a plywood case, and finally load it in the container.
Q5: What is the service when we place an order with you?
A: First, we invite you to visit our factory, negotiate the technology, and choose the model and type of machines for users, and give feasible advice on each material.
Secondly, we thank you if you visit our factory to do FAT before shipment, give us your advice, and modify the machine if not meet the user's satisfaction.
Last, we will dispatch at least 1 experienced and responsible technician to go abroad to guide commissioning and train the operators. If no need for onsite commissioning, we provide video guidance

What is your material name?
What is the initial moisture percentage before drying?
What is the residual moisture percentage after drying?
What is the heating temperature your material can withstand during the drying process?
What is the heating source: steam, electricity, natural gas, or others?
Last but important, what is the capacity, how many kgs/h before drying or after drying?
